At NSW, every piece is designed with intention, care, and attention to detail. We truly hope you love your order. However, if something isn’t right, please review our policy below.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
All original tags must be attached
The item must be in its original condition
The item must not be altered in any way
Proof of purchase is required

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

Items purchased during sales or promotional periods
Custom-made or altered pieces
Items marked as “Final Sale”
Accessories (including charms, bags, or special packaging elements)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

You will be notified of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days.

Please note:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only in case of:

Defective items
Incorrect items received

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.

GCC & International Orders

For international and GCC orders:

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are non-refundable.
NSW is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
If an order is refused and returned, shipping fees will be deducted from the refund.
